Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amazon refund

I cancel an order on Amazon on 2nd February 2021 of Rs 12499. Amazon processed a refund and said that it will be credited in my PNB account by 7nd February Amazon refund no - 74332741034103308372486 my refund is still not credited in my account please resolve my issue
