Dear pnb team,
This is regarding my amount rs.2800 which was debited but transaction (On 23rd july) of fees payment got canceled.
This has done through internet banking.
First time have heard from customer care that we have to first register our complaint and then wait or 45days to et he solution which is not the case in private sectors.
Today is the time of speedy generation and speedy resolution, waiting or 45days and that too post complaint registration is not the right way to convince the customer.
It looks banks hid off transparency with the customer.
