Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amount debited from account but atm not dispense money

On 18th of july'14 i have withdraw an amount rs.2000/-from my a/c no.[protected] but atm machine has not dispense any money, later on i got an sms that an amount rs.2000/-has been debited from your account.

Its is 2 year but i did not get fund back in spite of so many followup with bank and complaint cell.

I, Abhishek Kr Chauhan went PNB ATM located AHMEDPUR, Near RANIPUR MOR HARIDWAR ATM ID 62771 @ 7:10 PM approximately I try to get money from ATM but, ATM did not give any cash also money got deducted from my SBI account.
