My name is aparna goswami address of 57 b. c. road. beside rupmahal cinema hall. dist town - bardhaman. pin-713101 my mobile no. no.[protected]
I have an account in branch code ifsc - punb0319400, micr code[protected] account no. [protected] saving account open on[protected] but sorry to writing that till date not yet received the atm debit card & that's pin no.& inter net banking kit.

Kindly take the proper action earlier to get me the atm card & that's pin no. & the net banking kit plz. sms me regarding above [problems.

Your Patti, Partapgarh, Uttar Pradesh branch refuse to receive the Saving account Form within working hour, here officer replied to come morning only to accept the form& for salary account there minimum first transaction asking Rs. 2500/-, but it is not valid as your guideline.
