Money not refunded from feb to till now

Respected sir
I already informed you as well as PNB Bank As well as I wrote a complaint to Bank Ombudsman about my transaction. But from 2Feb 2021 to till now I did not get back my money back. Refund was not received

I am MOUSUMI PAUL, savings account holder of PNB bank, my account number is[protected], KASBA BRANCH. On 7th JULY I had a transaction of₹2931 but It was unsuccessful because if the transaction was successful then there is no reason to initiate refund of mine by Razorpay authorities.. FDR premature before 35 minutes without giving information

Address:Punjab National bank, Chetak Circle Branch, Near UTI Circle, Saheli Marg, Udaipur (Rajasthan). 313001, Gumati, Tripura

On 14 September 2021 I gave three FDRs to Senior Manager of Pnb of chetak circle branch near UIT Udaipur. Out of 3 FDRS 2 were matured on 6th n 10th Sept but one was Mature on 15th September. At 4.25pm FD of 15th September prematured without my instructions n due to 35 minutes of pre maturity I suffered a loss of Rs. 3300. Myntra refund not credited

I returned 2 items of the same price to Myntra. Both were of ₹531. One of which was credited instantly but I haven't received a refund for my second order. Reference id of both transactions are as follows:

Refund initiated Flipkart but not receive

I have ordered a (Mobile) on 7/9/2021.I cancel this order due to personal reason and on 8/9/2021
Flipkart initiated the refund on (8/9/2021)Flipkart gave me the reference id (30001012521250120674520 ) but the (Punjab national Bank) bank has still not credited my money.

Refund initiated Flipkart but not receive

I have ordered a realme x7 max on 7/9/2021.I cancel this order due to personal reason and on 8/9/2021
Flipkart initiated the refund on (8/9/2021) and it was expected to come on (20/9/2021). Flipkart gave me the reference id (rfnd_Hurlupoe1UDeNs) but the (Punjab national Bank) bank has still not credited my money.

This is urgent please help me as soon as possible...

Fraud case

On 14 July 2021, I did a transaction of Rs 575 for purchasing goods from the Merchants shop, I did the transaction from my Amazon app by scanning the QR code that is linked to merchant's account in Punjab National Bank . Amazon shared the Bank Reference ID :[protected] after successful transaction.

Till now the amount is not credited to the merchant's PNB account and as per the BHIM customer care and the HDFC bank from where...

Amount debited in your atm of my sbi card used but no money received
