Dear sir,

I have already account holder in pnb bank in dilshad garden bank .
I have already submitted three times kyc doucment in bank but bank employee several times documents wast in fire and not kyc updated in account .This behaviour of bank employee.Bank worked assume king in the bank . I have goes 8-10 days in bank but worker dont work . Bank manager no action this events .

Dear Sir,
Maine 11/04/2016 ko apne ATM card expire & reliese karne ki request ki thi jisme mujhe 15 days ke maximum time bataya gaya par abhi tak mujhe mujhe mera ATM card nahi mila.
