I have bought product on Amazon on 23 january, 2021 worth 3105 rupees. Due to some reason returned and asked for refund.but I have not still got my refund back.When I contacted Amazon they said they have already refunded and I should ask bank.When I contacted bank they said they haven't received and I should ask Amazon for it. Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 10, 2021 Updated by Gunjan 2688 I have attached the screen shot of Amazon confirming it has been refunded into my account.please refund my amount.It has already been so long. | |
