This is to inform you about Punjab National Bank branch which is situated in pitampura Delhi that they have not being doing their work properly. In Month of may, I've applied for debit card for the same ive received a sms in end of May. Afterwards, I've not received my debit card yet to my address. It's quite funny and lazy where others bank are competing with each other, by upgrading their services on daily basis, on other hand, Punjab National Bank is the worst bank I've ever seen. Even for closing an account, pnb will not do such work in hurry. It's the customer who has to face the problems. Even their customer care service are really bad, Their executive really don't know how to talk with customers, Also they don't have any solid information about any branch especially their phone numbers. All numbers are invalid as of today. And they are being sharing outdated details. Instead of helping a customer, pnb is doing the bad work to be very honest here. Aug 17, 2022 Updated by Deepak227 I've visited the branch today for my card, and shockingly pnb branch has said to me that since January, 2022. All Debit cards are yet to come, once come you will get the dispatch details. I've applied for a debit card in Month of may. More shockingly, customer care had told me clearly that you debit card is generated, we cannot raise a complaint, you have to visit a branch for collection of card. Even though PNB branch has neither provided us a withdrawal slip nor a cheque form. So here it's quite difficult for an age people to travel again and again for same concern where Punjab National Bank deliberately delaying the concern which should be resolved by now. I seriously doubt about pnb bank, why even is it still being running where others bank are quite good enough to provide better service to their customers, Moreover they keeps on upgrading their services. On this side, Punjab National Bank is the worst bank I've seen so far. They do not respect their customers. I'm requesting you to raise a complaint against pnb pitampura branch.
