I would like to bring your attention towards the inconvenience I have been facing since the last one and a half years. I lost my husband in December 2020, since then I am submitting all the required documents( death certificate of my husband, my life certificate, KYC document etc) again and again. Still every time whenever I make a call i get to know that the account is still showing my Husband's name. Also I have been a joint account holder for the same since 2002, still I was informed that I am not reflecting as a joint account holder.
Moreover, my account has been frozen today even without any prior or post intimation and I am still not aware why the account got freezed.
I am dependent solely on the pension that I receive from the central government on a monthly basis. It is much more difficult for me to visit my home branch as I am staying with my daughter who is herself studying.
Need prompt action against this. Please find below the required details,
