Punjab National Bank [PNB] — I am complaint about my refund amount

I had ordered 3 Women Kurta pajama set which was of 1199/-, 929/-and 986 rupees from Flipkart and the item got delivered on 18 june 2021. And on 21th june 2021 i had returned the product and selected the option to get the refund in my bank account. But i have still not received any payment by flipkart. After contacting the customer care of flipkart they have said that the refund has been initiated and should contact bank support team. and they have given the reference number to locate the refund through bank. Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.i have many time visited on bank branch but my issue not resolved kindly resolve my issue.
