Jiomart has refunded ₹1002.72 to my PNB A/c on 23.6.2021against cancellation of my grocery items order .They have furnished ARN number[protected] and asked to contact PNB Customer Care Executive with incoming ARN after lapse of 7days from the date of refund. Accordingly, I have called the PNB Customer Care Executive on 2 .7.2021 and bring his notice about the non reflection of refunded amount in my A/c along with ARN number. But unfortunately he straightway expressed his inability to trace out the refunded amount.
I want my money refunded by Jiomart and requested to credit the same in my PNB A/c as early as possible.
