Kind attention: Managing Director and head of Customer Care Dept.
On 16-3-16 during my enquiry related to my PNB AC.a lady customer care executive misbehaved and disconnect Ed all abruptly which shows the rudeness arrogance and ill-treatment by PNB
customer care Dept and the.dis respect attitude towards the AC holders by customer care executive. I felt very insulting and offended by this PNB has earned name in years and being spoiled infew minutes by their CCexecutives in front office.very shameful and disgusting. I request to higher authorities to take Stern action against the Staff to save PnB from bad reputation. [protected]@yahoo.in

Pnb bank service never deserve even one star one of the wrost bank of India and their cusomer care officers on phone talk very rudely and always disconnect call abruptly while talking on phoneand do not use mobile banking service of pnb its terrible.
