Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Misbehavior & ada-mental attitude by branch manager. | |||
Dear sir, I am a customer of your bank branch-deuli( br. Code-2606). I have a savings & current account in your bank, not only my but also four family member of my family also maintain good deposit in your bank, my account no [protected].Today i went to b/o- deuli (2606) for withdraw rs 400000/- from my savings account [protected], for urgently need by withdrawal slip but br. Manager mr thakura murmu & one clerk deny to payment so. Subsequently i repeatedly request him that i have no cheque book in my s/f- account please pass the money but sr manager mr murmu repeatedly told me that he will not pass it because he is not satisfied. I also submitted my pan card copy to satisfied him but his ada-mental attitude force me to leave the branch. Sir have you any circular that customer is not allowed to withdraw the money more that rs50000/-from his s/f account with out cheque book?. Whichever i know it is possible. To there is also sufficient in this branch for payment of rs400000/-, i also lost more than two hour for this purpose. Is your institution reimburse the same me. Please take a appropriate measure against these ada-mental & insufficient knowledgeable staff from this branch either wise your institution lose huge business.
