He sent the following two emails along with the attachment. I am unable to attache the attachments which he had sent. Please don't take projects from him, he is a big time fraudster.

This fellow is a big time fraud. He took 6k from me initially and then rejected saying my account is out station so he can't process. And when i asked for refund he said to arrange other person's document then he will refund. My friend thought he is genuine and sent her details along with 6k. After taking the money he didn't call at all. And after making repeated number of calls from my friend's end he called after 4 days and said she has missed the training and he want 4k more to get the forms filled by his friends and will show it in her name. When she refused to give, he started harassing her by sending her and her friend nonsense messages.
He also has sent project specification as an attachment.
