I have ordered a Laptop of HP 15s eq0024au 15.6-inch and Dell Km 117 Wireless Keyboard Mouse DATED ON 28/11/2020 . I have made payment through my debit card of Punjab National Bank Branch Kumarsain (172029). But my both order was cancelled on 02/12/2020, then a replacement orders was made by the amazon and they accept their fault . But my same orders was cancelled due to some reason andthen Refund was initiated by amazon dated on 05/12/2020. But its 15/12/2020 now and i haven't received my money yet . I need your help .. When i make call to Amazon customer care they said " we have made payment from here on 07/12/2020 and said to do complaint against your bank account ".
