I have a cancelled transaction of 6549 due to some issue. As amazon have refunded the amount and have provided the reference id no. But the punjab bank customer is completely denying. And are not providing any information related toh reference id. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Jul 28, 2021 Updated by Shaily30 I ordered a mobile worth Rs 6549 on 20 july 2021 via order no #[protected]. which was defective which i returned to amazon and they refunded money on 21 july 2021 with refund reference no # 30001012031201220883449 but its been 8 days i.e. 20 july 2021 to 28 july 2021 the bank had not processed it. so i kindly request you to look into this matter.
