Sir I am a member of PNB family with acct no [protected]. I am an Air Veteran and drawing pension in your bank. I got my disability pension PPO in May 21, but it pains me a lot to say that from May to July PNB has not done any effort to pay me my dues. PNB is not able to action ePPO issued by IAF to me and thousands another due to some technical issues. All other banks have actioned same set of ePPOs issued by IAF. Since other banks are working on same technical platform why only PNB is harassing their customers. You are requested to look into the matter and find a positive solution at the earliest so that I can get my dues in July. Expecting an early and positive reply from your end.
