Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Not return of amazon money

I ordered three product of total sum Rs.922 from amazon on 23rd of December 2020. But due to some reason I have cancelled the order.
But till now I don't receive my money back .

I have called the amazon customer care 5 times, but they are giving the repetitive answer that they have send the money the problem is in your bank side. According to them I should get my money back by 31st December but I didn't.
Here below I am providing the reference numbers of the transaction from amazon side.
