My name is Talib Malik and I had ordered a product of RS.7699 (Redmi 9 Power) in Amazon on[protected]. which i successfully cancelled on[protected]. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund transaction number is 30005110231023233892498 . Attached is the email from the Amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed. I am just helpless.
