I made 2 purchases of woman jacket from Amazon which I returned back within the mentioned time limit. Amazon told me that they have successfully processed the refund in my bank account but I still haven't received in my bank account. For 1 jacket, Amazon has credited Rs 341 out of Rs.499 in my Amazon pay balance but not credited Rs.157 in my bank account. The 2nd jacket of Rs 720 has not been credited in my bank account. After many calls to Amazon, they have mailed me the refund reference number and asked me to contact bank. When I called PNB, they told me to mail these reference number to their bank mail id which is [protected]@pnb.co.in.
I have been waiting for bank response but not getting any reply. All proofs attached.
