My order Refund of Rs 828 on 5th Feb 2021 from amazon to my PNB account has not been credited yet despite various followups with bank and amazon customer care.
The Reference Number of the refund from Amazon is 30005110281028133276238.
Please kindly help me to get this refund.

Updated by vvk302 Amazon has refunded Rs 828 on 5th Feb 2021in my pnb account, however I still didnt get that money in my pnb account despite various followups with bank and amazon customer care.
The Reference Number of the refund from Amazon is 30005110281028133276238.
Please kindly help me to get this refund
