Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund from flipkart has not been credited to the account

I had Ordered highlander full sleeve men's wear from flipkart with order ID on 13th JAN 2020 which i successfully canceled on the same day and since i had paid through Google pay the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the FLIPKART team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 13TH itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but it has been longer than that. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My bank refund reference number is[protected].Attached is thescreenshot of chat with flipkart customer care
