[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated amazon but not receive

I have ordered rizoro men, s genuine leather browm wallet black belt on 2 april 2021 cost ₹599. it was recieved on 6 april 2021.I have return the product 15 april. Amazon initiated the refund on 15 april and it was expected to come on 19 april 2021.
my order id is[protected]
Amazon gave me reference number[protected] but the punjab national bank (pnb) has still not credited my money.

this is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

My name is kapil Seup and I had ordered (Product) of RS.2996 in Amazon on I canceled this order due to personal reason. But
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
[protected]. And my bank is not helping me and its more then 7 days i didn't get my money back.So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
