Hello i am Kashish from Haryana and my complaint is against bank
i purchased a product from amazon for INR 5153 and prepaid the amount and on 21 june in the afternoon i cancelled in as i saw a better product and they said the amount of the refund will be credited in 7 days max as i payed with my debit card and now they have initiated the refund on 21 june and on 28 th june it was said that refund is done from their side and has given the reference number to me which is 75503721174048966912051 and bank"s customer care is not picking my call so i came here to get a solution . The product"s order number is[protected]. Please look forward to my issue i really need the issue to resloved asap.
