Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon but still money not received

I have purchased mobile from Amazon, 10th march but then i have cancelled the order, the money debited from my account but after cancelled Amazon send the refund but still i am not getting the money. amazon told they sent the money but pnb bank is not processing your money
