[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by amazon but still not credited.

My name is anil Thakur and I had ordered a product of RS.6799 I kall smart phone in Amazon on 28/02/2021 Order ID:[protected] & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 08/03/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. My refund is not reflected in my account.i have still not received refund. Amazon sent this reference number # 30005110591059159701648 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [[protected]].
