[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by amazon but still not credited in my bank account

I had made a payment of Rs 3904/- on 12/01/2021 to amazon but the order failed and the payment was successful and amazon initiated refund on 14/01/2021 and i havent received the said amount of Rs 3904/- till date in my bank account i.e [protected]. And even i have filed the charge dispute form and written various emails to pnb but to no effect please look into the matter and credit the said amount in my account

I have also same complaint my refund initiated by Amazon but my money is not received

I had ordered a phn of Rs 11078/- on 29th of Jan and cancelled it next day... payment was successfully refunded by amozone but I haven't received amount till date.
I did complain also in pnb and amozone but no effect seen.
Please look into this matter
