[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon but still not credited in my bank account. | |
I had made a payment of Rs. 9499/- on 6 Feb 2021 to amazon but due to personal reasons I cancelled my order. Amazon had initiated refund on 9 Feb 2021. But I haven't received the amount Rs. 9499/- in my bank account of Punjab National Bank. Amazon sent this reference number 30005110371037134805730. Even I had contact to Branch Manager of PNB to filed the charge dispute form but they clearly deny and said they don't have charge dispute service in their branch. Mar 1, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Actually I contacted to Amazon senior representative, I called them 4-5 times. After 20 days, finally I get my refund. Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
