Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon but still receive

Dear sir,
I have ordered a Embassy dish draining Basket on 1st March, 2021. Due to the damage of the product I had to return that product. Amazon initiated the refund on 4th March and it was expected to come on 10th March. Amazon gave me the reference number that is 74056631065106447817591 but the Punjab National Bank has still not credited my money. I shall be highly obliged if you kindly go through my problem ASAP.
