[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated from amazon but not credited in my pnb account | |
My name is kartik dhama and I had ordered a product of RS.499 a mobile phone accessory in Amazon on 11/03/2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 14/03/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005110701070169628264 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national bank is not entertaining me and simply just ignoring me being a college student 499 rs is large amount for me. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]. The bank is saying contact amazon and amazon is saying contact your bank they are simply just blaming each other, kindly look into this complaint i would be grateful to you.
