Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated from amazon but not received in bank account | |
I had ordered something from Amazon on 10-JAN-2021 which I successfully returned on 12-JAN-2021. Since I paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited to my bank account which did not happened till now. I contacted the amazon team which replied to me back with an RRN number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that, I visited the bank with the RRN number given by Amazon but they refused to help to say that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My RRN numbers are 74332741014101341017278, 74332741014101339422274 .
