Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated from amazon but not received in bank account | |
I had ordered asus vivobook14 from Amazon on[protected] which i successfully cancelled on[protected]. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund reference number is 30005110251025152850162 .
