I ordered an Asus vivobook14 from Amazon on[protected] which I successfully canceled on[protected]. I paid for the order by debit card 35990 amount was to be deposited in my bank account which has not happened till date. I contacted the Amazon team who told me a transaction number that they successfully initiated the refund process. I regularly check my balance, but my account has not been credited yet.
