Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiates by Amazon but not received to my bank account

I have return one item on Amazon. The date of order was 18 0ct 2021 .order I'd is[protected]. The price of the product was 32, 840₹ .On 28 Oct 2021 my return was done of the product and the refund was initiated by Amazon on 14 Nov 2021 .but still it is not credited to my bank account and the reference I'd given by amazon is 30005112861286214953117
Neither the bank nor the Amazon is taking risk of my money help
