Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiates by Amazon but not received to my bank account

Sir, I had made a payment on amazon for Asus laptop through debit card from my PNB account on 18 October 2021 of ₹32840 /- order I'd[protected] but later on i return the product and on 28 oct 2021 the product was picked and the refund was initiated by Amazon on 14 nov 2021 as now I haven't received my refund, As I have already talked to amazon for refund they said that they had successfully initiated it but it has not been credited to my account yet. Also I have contacted bank but from there end also no reply is provided.
