Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund is initiated from amazon but I did not get my refund

I had ordered two products on amazon worth Rs 259 and Rs 589.order id is 40681149315473115259389 on 1st feb 2021. I had done the payment through UPI. On 5th feb 2021 i had cancelled the both items.. I contact to amazon, they had provided me RRN, i.e; 30005110321032232525174. It has been 19 days i still did not get any refund amount.
