On 19/08/2022 a refund is initiated from the swigy, after some time on the swigy app, the refund process is showing complete. But no refund is showing in my bank account. As mentioned in the swigy app if the refund is not reflecting in the account, to contact bank, I contact pnb customer care, but they don't listen to the problem, and say to contact swigy.
