Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund issue

My name is (MOHIT KUMAR PRAJAPATI) and I had ordered (TV) of RS.4, 948 (AMAZON BASIS FIRE TV ) in Amazon on[protected] and after[protected] I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on[protected] Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (74332741021102001205980) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is -([protected])
