[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund money sent successfully by amazon but not received in my bank account yet. | |
Hello, I had placed an order on Amazon for a product on 3 feb 2021. And it was a prepaid order and the payment was done by my debit card. But later I cancelled that and received a email from Amazon which said that the order has been cancelled successfully and I will receive the refund money in my account till 8 feb but haven't received the money yet on 18 feb. I contacted amazon and they told me that the refund process has been completed successfully by them and their is some problem from the bank side. Today amazon has provided me the Refund Reference number. Which is - # 30005110341034013599424 So I request you to kindly look into the matter so that I can get my stuck money as soon as possible.
