Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not come in account

Sir my name is anand Prabhakar
I have ordered some books on Amazon on 21 Jan 2021 of rs 3672 . I returned received due to some personal reason . Amazon has initiated refund of amount rs 256, 300, 191, 335, 258, 1797, 200, 355(total 3672) to my account but still I did not get mony . Amazon sent me this reference no and told me to fill charge dispute form but my bank doesn't has such policy .so kindly respond to this complaint it's urgent. Thanku sir
