Name:abhijeet kumar saha A/c:[protected] Reference no:75503720200041013388896 Refund amount:999 Actual transaction date:13/07/2020 Mob no:[protected] I have purchased mi trimmer of ₹999 from amazon.in on 13/07/2020 but unfortunately it was cancelled by amazon seller after 2 days but amazon initiated refund to pnb on 18/07/2020 but pnb did not credited the refund amount to my bank. As i talked to customer care of pnb he said that bank didn't receive any type of transaction. Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 11, 2020 Updated by subho256 RBI Has solved my problem at 4/8/2020 with 4 hours of complain.
