Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not credited in my account

My oriental bank acount no [protected]
Name as mr shubham verma, which relate with the debit card no.. [protected] had credited with the amount of rs 1364/- rs on the date- 01/02/2021 by amazon.
The amount which credited in my acount does not showing in the statement n balance also.
Plz help me to get my refund amount in my acount earlier..
