I ordered an item worth rs 1199 on 22 sep via pay on delivery but cancelled it later.
As per Amazon they initiated a credit of 1199 on 1 Oct at 12:59 pm ist. And it was confirmed to be issued by them.
RRN number :HSBCN[protected], was provided by them also attached.they asked to raise charge dispute form as this was issue.

I am a retired super senior citizen. My pension for November, 2021 not credited as yet. Has there been any issue, not known to me?
Kindly resolve the issue and credit the pension. I am in distress.
