Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not credited to my bank account | |
Grofers had initiated refund of amount rs.110/- for the product missing from order on 29the april to my bank account bearing account number [protected]. And as per the company's policy the amount should reflect in my account within 5 to 7 working days however its 13th of may today but the amount has not been credited till date. The screenshot received from the grofers is attached alongwith it
