My name is Anuj Kumar Soni and I had ordered the Amazon basics tripod stand & Holder in Amazon on[protected] and after[protected]. I returned this order due to personal reasons. Andon[protected] &[protected] of Rs.299/- & Rs.149/- Amazon initiated the amount to my card but still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005110251025142809427 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such a policy. So, please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is[protected].
