Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not reflected

I had applied for travel on ixigo irtc, but two attempts to book train ticket failed. Ixigo said it will take 7 days for refund. It is saying now that it had made refund. But refund is not reflected in my account.

This is what I know:
Booking ID: IXITR[protected]
Transaction description : ECOM[protected] ixigo

second
Booking ID: IXITR[protected]
Transaction description in mpassbook: ECOM[protected] ixigo

I didn't recieved any arn number

Both transaction were failed on 12/02/2021
7 days passed, did not recieved any refund. Ixigo is showing refund has been done.
