Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not reflected in my account | |||
I purchased oppo a31 Rs10990 from amazon on 16/2/21 and done full payment by debit card but I cancelled the order on 16 feb 2021 due to some reasons and refund was initiated by amazon on the same day. It should have reflected in my account by now but it's not been credited yet, now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference #30005110471047118372986 But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behaviour by PNB branch also. Dont know what to do. I desperately request you to transfer the amount of rs 10990 in my account today, I really need the amount for urgent fees submission.
