Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund of online transaction for having unsuccessful payment | |||||
-24 february 2016, 8pm onwards [protected]/[protected] -on 24, feb 2016 around 8pm i were doing online payment for my college(Galgotias university, greater noida, u.P) convocation program having rs1000 fee. And i have done the payment process two times(Rs1000+rs1000)that time the rs[protected]rs +rs1000) had deducted from my punjab national bank account-[protected]. Bank branch-faridabad sector-37 I had filed complaints that time only and got complaint number "a[protected], a[protected], a[protected]" The customer care employe told me to talk after 45days to get the information about this transaction. But now the service employees are not answering me and when i go to the bank branch to give my complaint in written on paper, they are not accepting it and saying that they are not responsible for online transaction.
