Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund processed but not credited to account

I have made the booking on goibibo and then made refund request on 3rd Feb, 2021. They have processed the payment on 3rd Feb but amount is not credited in my account. Amount was rs. 4379 and ARN number to track the transaction is [protected]. It has passed the expected date to credit in my account. Please refund my money as I need it asap and credit it to my account.
