Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund processed by IRCTC but not received in Bank Account

I have tried to book a Ticket on IRCTC using Paytm gateway through pnb bank via Google pay. But ticket not get booked. But money got deducted.
Which was refunded by IRCTC on 3 april and now it's been so many days but still I didn't received that amount in my bank.
